A Blood Throne

The mixing of pagan cultures, man’s traditions, and foreign identities leads a powerful and ruthless Herod to a gross misunderstanding of his position as monarch of Yahweh’s people. He grows increasingly lustful for power in order for himself to fulfill an ancient prophecy by force. In so doing, he invites his own gruesome demise: physically, emotionally and spiritually. Ultimately, his greatest fear inevitably comes to pass.
