“No national holiday is more unifying or has done more to birth a distinctive national identity than Thanksgiving Day. Regardless of sectarian differences or political creed, Americans gather to feast as families, to celebrate around the Thanksgiving table.” As such, each year The Leyden Preservation Group hosts a live event that aims to remember, celebrate, and esteem the Legacy of the first American Thanksgiving, by honoring the institution of family. In 2021 America celebrated its 400th Thanksgiving. This marked a significant milestone, spawning a one of a kind prayer celebration hosted by the Leyden Preservation group, which unified intercessors, pastors, ministry leaders, politicians, community leaders and their organizations across the country.

The challenge was to create, produce and stream a community event that could host a series of high profile speakers, both on-location and remotely, to experience a live in-auditorium and online event. Collaborating with Loretta Busch (director of special projects at Times Square Church, NYC), Mount Harvest produced a 3-hour program simulcasted via YouTube and Facebook live across the world – where participants and viewers had an immersive celebratory experience. Mount Harvest led the charge with all visual production which included: motion graphics, motion bumpers and design, pre-recorded / pre-edited media, technical directing, filming, live-streaming, post-production services, distribution and website support.

The event was a success from coast to coast, as audiences from around the world were able to enjoy, in real time, the live prayer event.
